We are seeking a Parent Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships with parents, foster effective communication, and provide exceptional support.
Main Responsibilities- Cultivate positive relationships with parents through regular outreach and engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to parent inquiries and concerns.
- Organize conferences to facilitate open dialogue between parents and teachers.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to uphold the school's reputation.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in parent relations, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
