Job Title: Specialist - Employee Engagement

Location : Bangalore

What will you do:

1. Engagement Strategy: Ideate,own and implement tailored employee engagement programs for different business units to improve eNPS for the organisation

2. Culture Building: Promote a strong company culture through virtual and in-person initiatives.

3. Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication channels between remote and in-office employees.

4. Recognition & Rewards: Design and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.

5. Surveys & Feedback: Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

6. Well-being & Work-Life Balance: Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' mental and physical health.

7. Event Planning: Coordinate and host virtual and physical events to strengthen team bonding and collaboration.

8. HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure engagement levels and recommend improvements.

Who you are:

1. Education MBA - HR/Event Management

2. Proven 4+ years experience conducting in person ,Virtual and Hybrid employee events

3. Project management skills & planning

4. Innovative & out of the Box thinking for engagement

5. Experience in setting up & driving employee engagement platforms (e.g. XOXO day, Qualtrics, Slack)

6. Email communication skills

7. Excellent oratory and event hosting skill

8. Go-getter attitude

9. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
