Job Overview

We seek a proactive and innovative professional to spearhead our on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats: Maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create activation calendars, timelines, and budgets:

Event Management & Execution:

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events including:
  • Open Houses and School Orientations
  • Community Outreach Programs and RWA Activations
  • Interschool Competitions, Workshops, and Fairs
  • Kiosks and external education events
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Identify and onboard relevant vendors and partners.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and partner performance monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Admissions Teams – to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • With Creative/Content Teams – to produce effective offline marketing materials.
  • With Digital Marketing Teams – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track metrics such as ROI on events and offline channels, including:
  • Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.

  • Strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
  • Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
