Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals to expand our presence in schools, colleges, and education fairs across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B establish and maintain partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
  • R represent the brand at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other forums to position it as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • E execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract talent from high schools across India.
  • M manage relationships with stakeholders, including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  • P provide regional insights and feedback to refine program offerings and communication strategies.
  • T maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships, tracking effectiveness and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
