Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and innovative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll be responsible for designing high-impact visual communications that drive performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversions.
  • Develop product packaging designs that align with our brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements, including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into engaging visual designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
  • Maintain consistent visual aesthetics aligned with our brand standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
