Job Title: Creative Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking an imaginative and innovative Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual communications.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and a portfolio showcasing creative excellence.

The selected individual will work on various projects, including creating artwork using generative AI technology and designing marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study design briefs and determine project requirements, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Schedule projects and define the work pipeline, allocating resources effectively.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements, incorporating creativity and imagination.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the creative lead and larger marketing team, fostering collaboration and feedback.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, considering the target audience and message.
  • Work with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in selecting design, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design projects, leveraging expertise and judgment.
Requirements:
  • Design and create engaging graphics for design deliverables (Flyers, Posters, Slides, Presentations etc.), meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for graphic design projects, demonstrating attention to detail and organization.
  • Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create new designs, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques, applying innovation and creativity to projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards, upholding professionalism and integrity.
