  • Implement effective coordination with loyalty program teams for seamless enrolment and adoption of digital solutions.
  • Enrol 100–150 contractors/painters in the Sparkle loyalty program, ensuring successful KYC processes.
  • Streamline painter registration and activation through external agencies.
  • Drive digital adoption by enrolling, downloading, and utilizing the Painter App to enhance user experience.
  • Provide actionable feedback on implementation gaps and features within the app.
  • Offer financial inclusion support from government schemes to facilitate painters' enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 100–150 contractors/painters in the area.
  • Design and execute community engagement programs through strategic planning and event activations.

Product Training and Development:

">
  • Coordinate training sessions at painter academies with applicators and contractors.
  • Deliver comprehensive product training to painters/team members, updating relevant databases.
  • Evolve the Training Tracker/Calendar and incorporate training status updates.
  • Establish contractor/painter mapping, coordinating with dealers and contractors for billing and usage of ABG products.

Complaint Handling and Technical Support:

  • Conduct technical inspections at customer sites, handling dealer complaints (supporting channel sales teams).
  • Perform all technical inspections, including surface preparation, painting progress, and post-painting inspection for fresh and repainting sites.
  • Ensure 100% customers are contacted within 4 hours of complaint receipt.
  • Achieve 97% complaint visits within 2 days.
  • Resolve 90% of product complaints within 5 days.
  • Approve compensation on product failure/reworks, maintaining database records.
  • Share product feedback with R&D teams.

Focus Product Establishment, Site Sampling, and Business Development:

  • Conduct concept testing - sample new products with the painter community for validation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams for sampling and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Plan shop meets and product meets, along with supervisor presentations.
  • Support sales of ABG products, converting customer sites for contractors.
  • Facilitate upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Share audit reports with respective teams.

Reports and Trackers – Monthly & Weekly Basis:

  • Report potential contractors/painters in the area, including contractor meets conducted.
  • Share audit reports with R&D teams for feedback and market trends.
  • Update Painter App usage report and Loyalty program database records.
  • Manage customer complaint tracker.
  • Utilize Training tracker to optimize painter academy effectiveness.
