As a hospitality industry professional, you will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic media plans and lead business-critical communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Establish relationships with media outlets, pitch high-impact stories, and elevate your organization's profile through targeted placements.
  2. Lead Strategic Communications: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  3. Crisis Management: Oversee crisis response strategy, ensuring rapid, effective resolutions that protect your organization's reputation.
  4. Content & Messaging Strategy: Create and review strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive messaging, maintaining brand alignment.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.
  6. Executive Communications: Prepare executives with media training, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances and press interactions.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide your team, fostering growth, accountability, and high-quality output.
  8. Metric & Reporting: Track and analyze communication performance, media coverage, and campaign impact, presenting insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing high-profile events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.
  • Excellent understanding of strategic communications, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing communication efforts.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
