Senior Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communication Specialist to lead our learning initiatives and design high-impact training programs.

This role involves developing engaging content, coaching participants on business communication skills, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to customize content based on organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business communication, writing and presentation skills, storytelling techniques, SMART goal frameworks, collaboration and stakeholder communication, and crisis handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate training sessions on Professional Communication, SMART Goal Setting, Strategy, Storytelling, and Client/Patient Communication.
  • Develop engaging content, case studies, and role-play scenarios to enhance practical learning.
  • Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and virtual sessions for diverse learner groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Trainer, SME, or Learning Consultant.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
