Exchange Connectivity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global Order Gateway team. In this role, you will focus on delivering new venue connections and ensuring trading systems support evolving business needs.

  • Taking ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations
  • Driving system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions
  • Optimizing workflows, removing bottlenecks, and improving operational efficiency
  • Participating in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in systems integration, ideally with exposure to exchange connectivity
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Experience with C++ or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred
