Job Title: Senior Legal Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Expert.
  • You will be responsible for leading Banks or Financial Institutions in derivative law, with a focus on Corporate Law and Contract Law.
  • A key aspect of this role is drafting and negotiating International Commercial Contracts and Agreements, including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • This position requires excellent collaboration and Team and People Management Skills, self-motivation, and the ability to train teams on derivative documents.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market trends.
  • Negotiating derivative documents will also be a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with European/Asian/US markets is essential.
  • The ability to train teams on derivative documents is crucial.
  • A sound understanding of legal principles is necessary.
