Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective trademark strategies.
  • Conducting thorough trademark search and registration procedures.
  • Drafting and filing opposition, counter statements, affidavits, cease and desist notices, and other documents related to intellectual property rights.
  • Counseling clients on trademark, design, and copyright laws.
  • Representing clients in trademark opposition proceedings, injunction matters, and rectification proceedings.
  • Managing data and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in trade mark and IP law.
  • Strong knowledge of trademark journals, opposition, affidavits u/s 45, etc.
  • Expertise in drafting and filing legal documents.
  • Superior drafting and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
  • Law graduate from a recognized University.

This role requires a team player with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
