Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled in-house counsel to join our legal team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, with a strong understanding of corporate compliance programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal and compliance solutions to the business, working closely with our experienced legal team. Key responsibilities include monitoring risk and compliance issues, implementing risk mitigation/remediation solutions, and advising on data protection and privacy legislations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement risk mitigation/remediation solutions
  • Provide guidance on reviewing and drafting policies, SOPs, and guidance notes
  • Advise on data protection and privacy legislations, including incident management and record retention
  • Support cyber security compliance and risk management, including disclosure requirements and vendor interactions
  • Advise on immigration laws and regulations in EU, APAC, and MEA

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of data privacy, cyber security, immigration, and mobility regulations
  • Independent project management and interaction with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage review and audit exercises
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
