Job Title: Compliance ExpertA seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles is sought after to provide comprehensive solutions to the business. This position requires diverse legal skill sets, working closely with experienced team members to develop, implement, and manage corporate compliance programs.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage a Whistleblower Program ensuring its effective operation across global and regional levels.
  • Gain experience in handling global investigations on various issues, negotiating and implementing remediations, and achieving corporate compliance operational objectives.
  • Analyze data, provide recommendations, and implement action plans to enhance system improvements for the Compliance & Integrity Plan.
  • Familiarize yourself with key compliance and regulatory regimes applicable to the organization, such as Whistleblower Regulations, Anti-Bribery - Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Confidentiality, and corresponding processes and controls.
  • Demonstrate analytical and automation skills to conduct risk evaluations and mitigate potential risks.
  • Review and improve whistleblower systems, employee feedback mechanisms, and train employees on best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with new regulations and laws, providing expert advice on public policy and working closely with the relations team.
  • Support company positions by developing responses to complaints, investigations, and administrative proceedings.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, anticipating future legislation, and enforcing adherence to existing laws.
Requirements:
  • JD qualified lawyer with a minimum of [14/18] years of experience in compliance roles.
  • Possession of additional qualifications, e.g., CA/CFA, will be advantageous.
Necessary Skills:
  • Extensive report development and policy/procedure development experience in multinational environments with diverse cultural and ethnic settings;
  • An interest in using technology for efficient program implementation;
  • Strong analytical skills relating to business processes, data, and interpersonal relationships;
  • Excellent public speaking and business presentation skills;
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory standards, including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls, etc.;
  • Independent project management skills;
  • Superior analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities;
  • A willingness to adopt innovative approaches;
  • Effective change management skills;
