Job Title: Data Science Expert

We are seeking a skilled data science expert to drive market insights and develop algorithmic trading strategies. This role involves conducting research on cryptocurrency markets, analyzing large datasets, and identifying patterns to uncover trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on cryptocurrency markets, including price modeling, volatility analysis, and market microstructure.
  • Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods.
  • Analyze vast datasets across multiple exchanges to uncover complex patterns and identify trading opportunities.
  • Create comprehensive research reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.
  • Support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computational Finance, Physics).
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus).
  • Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts.
  • Experience with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Interest in time series analysis and algorithmic trading strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and ability to present research findings effectively.
