As a Data Insights Expert, we seek an individual with 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce analytics to drive growth through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and marketing efficiency using GA4, Shopify, BigQuery, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build GA4 funnels and diagnose drop-offs to optimize the customer journey.
  • Create automated executive and team dashboards in Looker Studio for data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Growth/Finance to project traffic, conversion, and revenue through forecasting and planning support.
  • Validate GA4/Shopify events and schema changes to ensure data quality and governance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, and Engineering teams to translate business questions into analysis and decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years in analytics (preferably eCommerce or consumer DTC) with proven impact on conversion and revenue.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working in BigQuery.
  • BI proficiency: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • GA4 expertise: Event modeling, custom dimensions, funnels, UTMs, exploration reports.
  • Scripting for analysis/automation: Python or R for data wrangling and notebooks.
