About the Role

As a senior professional, you will lead and manage all aspects of architectural projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines, to track progress and ensure adherence to project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members.
• Conduct regular project meetings, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.
• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.
• Industry of Work Experience: 6+ years of experience in architecture and design.
• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is must.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have work experience in villa and residential architecture
