Job Overview:

This is a senior-level architectural position that requires exceptional leadership and design skills to manage high complexity projects from concept to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated design solutions for complex projects.
  • Refine design options, creating detailed designs with drawings and reports as required.
  • Pursue design value engineering opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
  • Review and validate design deliverables with clients and stakeholders, capturing feedback and obtaining approvals.
  • Support tender document development, including specifications, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and checks of design deliverables, issuing checking reports as needed.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating work programs and man-hour estimates.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate project contractual risks.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
  • Develop periodic progress reports and implement quality control policies.
  • Conduct peer reviews of team members' deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience in architectural design.
  • Strong experience in large and complex project design.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles.
  • Familiarity with international engineering standards and codes.
  • Understanding of global best practices and trends in architectural design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Software Skills:

  • Revit Architecture.
  • BIM 360.
  • AutoCAD.
  • MS Office.
