We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Architecture, MEP project management division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, developing comprehensive project plans, and providing guidance to teams. Strong communication skills, industry expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients are essential for this role.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and address concerns.
  • Business Development:
    • Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to growth and expansion.
    • Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new opportunities.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
    • Maintain control over project timelines and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in project management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies, and possess excellent communication skills.

This position requires relocation to Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.
