
Administrative Project Manager

This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule. You will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and clients to plan, track, and manage architectural projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting project managers in planning, tracking, and managing architectural projects.
- Communicating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilizing Excel and other reporting tools to track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Analyzing project performance metrics and providing insights to leadership.
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in an architecture or construction firm.
- Strong Excel skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications and skills include:
- Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology.
- Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and contract management.
