Senior Banking Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Banking Project Manager to lead our Mobile Banking project. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in Banking, Fintech, and IT sectors with exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects/programs.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks is required.
  • Familiarity with banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking), and services is necessary.
  • Able to understand application architecture and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and experience working on cloud and microservices-based projects is desirable.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
