We seek an exceptional individual with outstanding functional application management skills to drive strategic change and enhance core applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintenance of applications, including change and project support.
  • Incident Management: Proactive registration, monitoring, and resolution of application-related tickets.
  • Ongoing performance monitoring of applications, ensuring integrity of production environments.
  • Application maintenance according to SLA and regional business needs.
  • Availability for emergencies (24x7 schedule).
  • Prioritization and operationalization as agreed with the business.
  • Primary escalation point for 3rd party vendors and user community.
  • Delivering Application Maintenance related services.
  • Identifying policy deviations, contributing to changes after approval.
  • Ensuring IM process compliance within area of responsibility.
  • Maintaining proper and updated documentation of applications (technical, process, and end-user). 
  • Up-to-date CMDB for business processes and applications in scope.
  • Executing changes and enhancements: describing problems, information analysis, solution preparation, system execution (self or third party), unit testing, updating user documentation, implementation, and post-care.
  • Conducting tests as defined in integration test specifications, documenting failures and conducting fault diagnosis.
  • Analyzing and supporting key-user training needs, creating/maintaining training materials.
  • Frequent visits to customers (sites) for discussing tickets, wishes, etc. with key users, demonstrating visibility.
  • Regular contact with key users on open tickets, acting as co-coordinator for Key User network and meetings.
  • Shared responsibility for ensuring application functions operate appropriately.
  • Supporting project handover activities for the area of responsibility.
  • Participating in projects executing changes/enhancements.
  • Contributing to implementation improvements and optimization projects.
  • Crafting and reviewing content of transports.
  • Active participation in CAB/Change Advisory Board.
  • Managing SAP Ariba & SAP Ariba Network, as well as SAP Ariba configuration tables in SAP ECC.
  • Configuring and reviewing SAP Ariba approval flow setups and data.
  • Implementing automation initiatives.
  • Supporting complex seller integrations.
