Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and drive results in global markets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research, build strategic partnerships, and leverage digital platforms to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to achieve measurable sales targets.
  • Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, delivering customized IT solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Design and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations that resonate with clients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with technical and project teams to ensure efficient onboarding and project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify lucrative growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at prominent international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales within the IT services sector, focusing on international markets.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and secure business for services like UI/UX Design, Website Development, Mobile Application Development, Customized CRM & ERP Development, Shopify & E-commerce Site Development.
  • Strong understanding of global business culture and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
