Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns and strategies to promote business growth for AllThingsBaby Direct to Consumer Digital. Strategise initiatives across performance marketing and lead the platforms include analyzing marketing data, managing projects, utilizing marketing automation tools, and optimizing web analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Growth Marketing
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
  • Experience in Performance Marketing (Google and Meta)
  • Proficiency in Retention Tools (Clevertap or similar)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in the marketplace or vertical commerce is plus
