Executive Search Professional

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and appointing top-level executives who can drive business success.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top-level executives through effective research and outreach strategies.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for executive roles.
  • Administering psychometric assessments, interpreting reports, and creating summary reports for submission to clients.
  • Managing day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, providing timely updates, sharing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and overseeing the end-to-end search process.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach, facilitating chemistry meetings, and ensuring seamless integration of executives into their role and culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessing candidates.
  • Strong planning, follow-up, and relentless execution skills.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in executive search is essential.
