Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results on retained search assignments. Your responsibilities will encompass managing end-to-end delivery, from research and candidate engagement to client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients through efficient 'farming' strategies.
  • Work on multiple mandates across various industries, sectors, geographic regions, and functions.
  • Support consultants with marketing, pitches, presentations, and candidate closure.
Research Skills:
  • Prepare client presentations and anticipate client requirements.
  • Develop research strategies and specify target companies and universes.
  • Map the universe for an assignment through extensive telephone networking with sources and candidates.
Knowledge Management:
  • Attend client pitches and contribute when necessary.
  • Write detailed proposal documents and job specifications for clients.
  • Research relevant product areas, staying up-to-date with new developments and changes.
Data Management:
  • Enter information gathered into the database, ensuring correct skill coding and conversation logs.
  • Ensure data is saved efficiently and accessibly.
Execution:
  • Conduct candidate interviews in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Manage the candidate interview process, arranging meetings and gathering feedback.
Candidate & Client Interaction:
  • Attend candidate interviews with consultants, taking detailed notes.
  • Conduct solo candidate meetings with junior or middle-ranking executives.
  • Interview junior candidates against set competencies, using open questions.
Business Development:
  • Attend client pitches and support consultants.
  • Stay alert to potential business development opportunities.
