We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare CAPEX plans for both projects and regular maintenance and submit them for approval.
  • Communicate with vendors, operations, and engineering personnel regarding equipment specifications and purchases.
  • Prepare annual budgets for equipment expenditures and contract services; monitor expenses throughout the year and provide recommendations to management.
  • Participate in designing and developing future production capacities by attending design meetings, coordinating with R&D on product changes and improvements, and updating maintenance operations procedures and schedules.
  • Set and monitor line efficiencies, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Ensure performance evaluations are conducted for technical staff.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timelines are met.
  • Ensure teams meet all scope and quality requirements by executing work according to contracts and specifications.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a mechanical engineering or manufacturing environment.
