Mechanical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Develop and implement CAPEX plans for both projects and regular maintenance, ensuring timely submission and approval.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, operations, and engineering personnel to negotiate equipment specifications and purchases.
• Prepare annual budgets for equipment expenditures and contract services, monitoring expenses throughout the year and providing recommendations to management.
• Contribute to the design and development of future production capacities by attending meetings, collaborating with R&D on product changes and improvements, and updating maintenance operations procedures and schedules.
• Maintain line efficiencies, labor costs, and operational expenses at optimal levels.
• Ensure performance evaluations are conducted for technical staff, providing constructive feedback for growth and development.
• Utilize verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques, identifying areas for improvement.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, tracking progress and ensuring timelines are met.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, ensure timely completion, and meet quality requirements.
