Identity Governance Architect

The current Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment is experiencing significant challenges due to successful mergers, intricate global and regional processes, legacy IGA components, and substantial data volumes.

A seasoned Identity Governance Architect is required to assist in the multiyear transition towards a modern and highly scalable platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide identity governance solutions that ensure secure access to organizational resources while promoting business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of various Identity Governance capabilities including identity lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), user provisioning, access reviews, access requests, etc.
  • Create detailed architecture documentation and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of policies, authentication mechanisms, authorization frameworks, service account management, CI/CD pipelines for IGA, target application integrations, Privileged Access Management (PAM) integrations, and access governance across the enterprise.
  • Develop IGA roadmaps aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
  • Analyze the current IGA infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Develop IGA policies and standards and ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access control
  • Ability to design and implement complex IGA solutions
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
  • Proficiency in creating detailed architecture documentation
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations
  • Ability to analyze infrastructure and recommend improvements
