We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our cybersecurity and IAM team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of identity governance solutions, ensuring enterprise-wide compliance.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of identity management solutions across the enterprise.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, business stakeholders) to define identity management requirements and translate them into solution designs.
  • Integrate identity solutions with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems like Workday/Oracle HCM).
  • Implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Optimize and troubleshoot configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.
  • Ensure processes align with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
