Technical Analyst – Identity Governance Specialist

About the Role:

Our Team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our group of professionals working on Identity Governance and Administration.

This role will involve onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, understanding their systems, explaining integration processes and purposes, gathering relevant information for IAM processes, coordinating testing and validation of custom development, working with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements, coordinating and assisting app teams in UAT, maintaining accurate statuses for all onboarded applications, and working with multiple application teams simultaneously.

Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years' experience as an engineer or analyst in IGA development teams
  • Updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Administrating, implementing and supporting SailPoint based Identity and access management Solutions
  • Experience on RBAC (Role Based Access Control) analysis and implementation
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up the remediation process to ensure timely completion
  • Developed or worked with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates
  • Created custom reports to serve both specific and general purposes
  • Created rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment
  • Worked on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event and Manger Transfer event
  • Onboarded various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications and Active Directory and LDAP applications
