Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Identity Management Professional to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can provide operational support for IBM ISIM and IBM TDI systems, troubleshoot issues related to ISIM/TDI environments, manage identity lifecycle operations, conduct regular health checks, and monitor system performance and availability.

  • Provide expert-level support for IBM ISIM and IBM TDI systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Manage the identity lifecycle of users, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity management concepts, experience working with IBM ISIM and IBM TDI, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with IBM ISIM and IBM TDI.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control, SSO, and governance.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
