Expert Identity Governance and Administration Professional

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance and Administration expert to join our team. As an advanced-level support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch troubleshooting and issue resolution services for SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration environment. You will analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues, collaborate with development teams on customizations, workflows, and integration updates, and implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning, support the onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events)
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents
