IT Governance Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives for our organization.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up data centers, establishing robust testing frameworks, and developing enterprise-grade resiliency and operations centers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, design, and implement enterprise data centers with scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures in place.
- Establish and govern testing frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
- Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
- Build and manage an advanced resiliency operations center (ROC) for proactive monitoring and incident management.
- Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with financial regulations.
- Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
