Network Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and activating strong grassroots networks to grow our user base and community across key markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing referral-driven, community-led, and partnership-based growth strategies. They will leverage personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to expand our reach and adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in network marketing, affiliate growth, or community marketing in the fintech, payments, or Web3 sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Create and execute grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Design reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • IDentify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, groups, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Web3, fintech, or payments apps
  • Exposure to multi-level marketing or affiliate frameworks
