Job Title

A skilled Team Leader is required to ensure exceptional guest service, handle complaints and inquiries efficiently, maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues, and contribute to improving productivity levels and managing costs within guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Establish a rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Stay updated with the hotel's purpose and brand guidelines to create meaningful connections at every touch point.
  • Assist in improving productivity levels and managing utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines.
  • Ensure the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual personal targets and outlet revenue.
