Job Opportunity:

  • A seasoned legal expert with at least 4+ years of experience in leading banks or financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with European, Asian, and US markets.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Law and Contract Law.
  • Drafting and negotiating International Commercial Contracts and Agreements, including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, and Confidentiality Agreements.
  • Collaboration, Team Management, and People Skills; ability to train teams on derivative documents.
  • Solid legal knowledge.
  • Advanced finance-based contract expertise, derivative business acumen, and market understanding.
  • Negotiation skills for derivative documents.
