Job Description:

As a delivery associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience for professionals. This involves overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless academic delivery, including project feedback, doubt resolution, live sessions, mentoring, and vendor management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for smooth academic delivery
  • Deliver projects within time and resource constraints
  • Create and sustain networks of freelancers and industry experts for grading, conducting live sessions, mentorship, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor quality, project plans, schedules, and expenditures
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Prepare status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Work with the technology team to automate dashboards, analyze, and interpret data

This role requires exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work on multiple tasks independently and have a strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
