Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Solutions Professional to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with senior business leaders to understand their strategic needs and challenges. You will then work closely with our team to develop tailored solutions that meet these needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, including Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Metal, and Mining. You will analyze market dynamics, gather data, and create business forecast models to predict future trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with clients and senior leaders to understand strategic choices and problem areas
  • Working with a team of consultants to deliver end-to-end projects with limited supervision
  • Analyzing data, creating business forecast models, and developing high-quality reports
  • Delivering projects successfully to clients on time and within scope and budget
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expert project management skills to deliver end-to-end projects
  • Capability to lead teams of consultants and senior consultants
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and advanced Excel
  • Data mining skills through company filings, presentations, industry statistics, government documents, and interpretation of macro-economic trends
  • In-depth understanding of industrial sectors such as Construction, Energy, Mining, and Automotive
