Senior SAP Ariba Sourcing Specialist

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba Sourcing expert to implement, configure and support our SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customized SAP Ariba Sourcing workflows for optimal business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop system solutions that meet strategic objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP/S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, approvals and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing, training and user support to ensure seamless adoption of the solution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.
