Territory Sales Leader


About the Role


We are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Leader to manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in gross numbers and revenues.


Key Responsibilities


Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:



  • Establishing a strong distribution footprint and a Best-in-Class promoter channel
  • Delivering sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy
  • Helping zone and circle achieve Revenue targets by driving secondaries through Mass Retail distribution and by pushing unlimited products penetration
  • Monitoring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel
  • Tracking competition and reporting schemes and programs
  • Ensuring availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms
  • Executing promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility

Requirements


The successful candidate will have:



  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with sales planning and forecasting
  • Knowledge of products, services, and technology
  • Ability to lead decision making and deliver results
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to build team commitment
  • A post-graduation in business management or MBA
  • Work experience of 1-4 years
  • Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation
