Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital advertising executive to lead our paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign management, performance analysis, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive maximum results.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
