You will be the trusted counselor/coordinator who understands that success means more than marks and celebrates different types of intelligence. You believe in developing life skills alongside academics and wish you could nurture entrepreneurial thinking in students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide students through their entrepreneurial journey
  • Address concerns about balancing business with academics
  • Manage 150+ student relationships with personalized attention

  • Coordinate Teen Entrepreneur Club with global mentors from top institutions

We need someone who has 8+ years in education with heavy interaction, comes from IB/ICSE/CBSE school admissions/counseling/coordination roles preferred, can handle premium parents with grace and build deep trust, understands holistic development needs systematic approach, believes teenagers can build businesses while excelling academically.
