Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate team resources, and monitor results.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Present project statuses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks by identifying, classifying, prioritizing, mitigating, and developing contingency plans.
  • Manage issues and changes to project scope.
  • Work as a team player and leader to coordinate across functional teams.
  • E nsure high team productivity by identifying potential issues and roadblocks.
  • Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, and vendor reports.
  • Demonstrate autonomous work capability with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills:

  • 10-12 years of experience in dedicated full-time project management of teams 10+.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma/Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
