About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven English Communication Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact English communication and soft-skills training programs for students aged 12-18.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging, outcome-focused lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Run focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Develop formative and summative assessments to track measurable progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.
  • Apply child-sensitive pedagogy and adolescent psychology to connect, motivate, and manage students effectively.
  • Mentor students individually to help shy or anxious learners build confidence.
Candidate Profile
  • Possess exceptional spoken and written English skills, able to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Demonstrate strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens.
  • Show a deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Have at least one year of classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Be energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Be comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools).
  • Preference given to Hindi-English bilingual candidates to support transitional learning.
  • Bonus points for TESOL/TEFL/ELT certifications or qualifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology.
