Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual designs that communicate our brand's message and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with experience in creating visually appealing designs for various platforms. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals. Your ability to apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout will be crucial in producing designs that connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design impactful logos and brand identities that reflect our company's values and resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with market trends.
  • Design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.

Requirements:

  • 0.5-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered).
  • Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW for quick design tasks.
