Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite expert to join our team. As a NetSuite expert, you will be responsible for performing core administrative and functional support tasks for NetSuite, including order management, supply chain execution, product operations, and procurement processes.

You will also maintain users, roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules within the NetSuite environment. Additionally, you will customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing hands-on system audit processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Learning and adapting to new technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in core SaaS ERP (NetSuite) as a functional consultant or administrator
  • A strong understanding of NetSuite implementation and support in areas like order management, supply chain execution, product operations, and procurement
  • Ability to maintain users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules
  • Capability to customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of inventory management and advanced inventory management module
  • Proficiency with standard NetSuite reports, saved searches, and custom reports in Suite Analytics
  • Ability to create new roles, update roles, and assign permissions
  • Skills in adding/updating user access with roles
  • Ability to create new saved searches and update existing ones
  • Capability to customize reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, motivated, and well-organized
  • Good listener
