NetSuite Project Leader

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the planning and execution of NetSuite ERP projects within scope, on time, and with optimal results. This role combines leadership expertise with deep functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Manage project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements
Core Competencies:
  • Serve as the in-house expert on NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and integrations
  • Advise stakeholders on NetSuite best practices, system enhancements, and optimization opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations on customizing NetSuite to meet unique business needs
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and end-users
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration, or a related field
  • PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
  • NetSuite certifications like Suite-Foundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant are highly desirable

With at least 7 years of project management experience, preferably in NetSuite ERP implementations, and proven expertise in configuration, customization, and optimization, you will be well-equipped to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. Your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent leadership and communication abilities, will enable you to effectively train and mentor team members.
