Job Description

As a Senior Design Manager HVAC, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these systems are designed and installed efficiently, effectively, and safely.

  • Develop and implement designs that meet the project's requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate the performance of HVAC systems.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to HVAC system design, installation, or maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HVAC design and management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Working knowledge of Revit and other BIM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
