Job Title

A leading position that oversees the development and implementation of IT and digital transformation strategies across group companies and business units.

This role involves establishing a solid IT foundation, defining vision, roadmap, architecture, and implementation of IT/digital transformation. It also entails creating a lean operations model, enabling DevOps, and transforming the organization into an agile and customer-centric entity.

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies, with expertise in digital transformation, omnichannel systems, and DevOps transformation. They should possess knowledge of technology and architecture concepts, industry trends, and disruptors.

  • Develop and implement IT & Digital transformation vision and strategy
  • Position the company as a thought leader in industry forums
  • Advise senior management on emerging technologies and digital trends
  • Define futuristic IT architecture focused on experience-led customer/employee centric systems
  • Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
